God judges the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

Thoughts on Today’s Verse…
From this verse, we can see God’s righteous and majestic disposition that is intolerant of offense by man. God is holy and righteous. He hates evil, and He shall surely be angry with the wicked. Those who do evil and resist God will surely be cursed by Him. Recall the record of the Bible: The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah were full of evil, and the people of the cities stubbornly rebelled against God and enraged His disposition. God sent the fire and brimstone from heaven and reduced the two cities and all the residents of the cities to ashes. They disappeared into the wrath of God. Furthermore, the ancient Roman emperor Nero wildly persecuted and slaughtered Christians, and his evil deeds were too horrible to look at. As a result, the Roman Empire was destroyed by God. Besides, there were some people who believed in God yet opposed Him, cursed by God. For example, the 250 leaders who opposed Moses, judged him and attacked him. They finally perished in a crack in the earth. When the Lord Jesus came to do the redemptive work, the Jewish Pharisees didn’t seek or investigate His work and words, but relied on their notions and imaginations and blindly resisted and condemned and even blasphemed His work and words. Eventually, they colluded with the Roman government to crucify the Lord Jesus, committed a heinous crime, and were cursed and punished by God. From these facts, we can see that God’s righteous and holy disposition is intolerant of offense by man. Whoever offends God’s disposition will surely suffer His punishment. After knowing that, we should constantly caution ourselves to do everything with a God-fearing heart. Especially on the matter of how to treat the belief of God, when God’s work and words are at odds with our conceptions, we should seek and study, and wait for His enlightenment and guidance rather than arbitrarily judge or resist. Only thus can we ensure that we won’t do anything that resists God or offends His disposition.

The author, after attending a Bible study meeting, has known the mysteries of the second coming of Jesus Christ. It turns out that there is the other way in which the Lord Jesus returns.
Why did the Lord not bring us into the kingdom of heaven when He came, but still has to perform His work of judgment in the last days? Is God’s judgment of the last days to cleanse and save mankind or to condemn and destroy?
Question 4: People are sinful, but the sin offering of the Lord Jesus is forever effective. As long as we confess our sins to the Lord, He will forgive us. We are sinless in the Lord’s eyes, so we can enter the kingdom of heaven!
Question 3: It’s written, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus …” (Rom 8:1). Because we believe in Christ Jesus, it has already been guaranteed that we won’t be condemned and can enter the kingdom of heaven!
Question 2: It is said in the Bible, “Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifies. Who is he that condemns?” (Rom 8:33–34). This proves that the Lord Jesus’ crucifixion on the cross forgives us of all sin. The Lord doesn’t see us as sinners any more. Who can accuse us now?
The Lord Jesus never said that people could enter the kingdom of heaven just by being saved through faith. The Lord Jesus said that only those who do the heavenly Father’s will can enter the kingdom of heaven.
