“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want” (Psalm 23:1).
“Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).
God is the source of our life. Only if we follow God and obey God and receive the watering and shepherding of His word can we obtain the life from God. We should follow the Lamb wherever He goes because only God is our real Shepherd.
Today, desolation is spread across the religious world. Churches shut down and are converted now and then. Pastors and elders have nothing to preach, and the believers are thirsty in spirit as they cannot gain the provision of truth. This was also true with us in the past. We went to church and listened to sermons, prayed and read the Bible, but didn’t have any spiritual enjoyment. We couldn’t practice the Lord Jesus’ teaching of tolerance and patience and lived in a weak condition. Even worse, some of our brothers and sisters were drawn to the world of sensual pleasures, leading a secular life of the unbelievers only concerned with eating, drinking, and having fun. … It is written in the Bible: “And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold” (Matthew 24:12). The situation in the churches now has fulfilled this prophecy of the Lord Jesus, and most prophecies about the Lord’s return in the last days have also come true. All of this bears a sign that the day of the Son of man is drawing near. The wise virgins can hear the voice of the bridegroom, so how should we watch and wait for the Lord Jesus’ second coming as a wise virgin? This has become a question about which we care the most.
Through the efforts of some brothers and sisters in the Lord, the website Find the Shepherd was established in December 2014. There are selected testimony articles, essays on various subjects, gospel videos, hymns, sermons, current affairs, and so on, offering abundant bread of life. We hope to wait for the Lord’s return together with all those brothers and sisters who long for His arrival, follow the Lamb’s footsteps, and find our real Shepherd.
Thanks be to the Lord! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. All the glory and authority be to our Lord Jesus, the Savior!
