When you see the prophecy of the coming of the Son of man, do you know in what manner will He return?
If My appearance was different from everyone else then that would be troublesome—everyone would come to worship Me and understand Me through their own conceptions, and they would not be able to bear that beautiful witness for Me.
Question 2: Why is it that God has to become flesh to do His work of judgment in the last days? In the Age of Law, God used Moses to do His work, so why can’t God use man to do His work of judgment in the last days?
The meaning of incarnation is that God appears in the flesh, and He comes to work among man of His creation in the image of a flesh.
When God became flesh in the Age of Grace it was in the image of a Jewish man, so why has God of the last days appeared as an Asian person?
God puts on this flesh in order to do one stage of His work.
If God came into the flesh only as a male, people would define Him as male, as the God of men, and would never believe Him to be the God of women.
Why isn’t God’s work in the last days done through people used by God? Why must He do it personally in the flesh?
man is unable to replace God in His work, which is to say that man does not have the substance of God, and if you did battle with Satan you would be incapable of defeating it.
Why does the Lord’s return involve Him becoming flesh as the Son of man to reveal Himself to mankind?
The reason why He becomes flesh is because the flesh can also possess authority, and He is capable of carrying out work in a practical manner among mankind, in such a way that it is visible and tangible to man.
Only when God humbles Himself to an extent, meaning He becomes flesh to dwell among men, that’s when they can become His confidant, that’s when they can be His intimate friend.
