Thoughts on Today’s Verse…
This verse contains both God’s teaching and His requirement to us. “Forgive us our debts” is that the Lordteaches us to confess our sins before God in prayers and ask for His forgiveness. “As we forgive our debtors” tells us that the hopes that we can forgive others as He forgives us.
