When Moses led the Israelites out of Egypt, those who believed the good report entered the promised land while those who believed the evil report died in the wilderness. What can we learn from it?

But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Thoughts on Today’s Verse…
These verses prophesiedof in the last days. During Noah’s time, people were evil and promiscuous and too deeply corrupt, so God wanted to destroy the world with a flood. Then look upon the present age: People live in a hollow world only concerned with eating, drinking and the pursuit of pleasure. They become licentious by nature, greedily revel in comfort, worship evil, and all live for their own interests, scheme against one another and engage in dogged and endless competition. They are far more evil than the people of Noah’s time.
Looking back on the time before the destruction of the world by the flood, God gave people the opportunity to repent. God instructed Noah to build an ark, and Noah spread theto the people of that time for over one hundred years, but not a single person was willing to accept Noah’s advice. They even laughed at, attacked or condemned Noah. Thus, they were destroyed by God in the end.
Thought: When God has seen that the people of the present age are evil and corrupt, He abhors and hates us, but still gives us the chance to repent. So there will be everlasting gospel coming upon us in the last days, just as the Book of Revelation 14:6 said, “And I saw another angel fly in the middle of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.” Then what should we do when someone preaches the gospel of God to us? Will we be stubborn and hardened, and remain unrepentant like the people of Noah’s time? The Lordsaid, “Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is ” (Matthew 5:3). “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me” (John 10:27). So when we hear someone preach the kingdom gospel to us, we should seek humbly and pay attention to listening to God’s voice.”
