God’s name is Jehovah in the Old Testament, while His name is Jesus in the New Testament. Why are God’s names different? I came to understand the reason after reading a book.

Thoughts on Today’s Verse…
Regardless of the surroundings and other people’s action and attitude, Daniel still persisted in worshiping God. Even if he was thrown into the lion’s den, he did not complain. From this we can see that he truly worshiped God. Look at those prophets and apostles of the past, they were full of confidence in God. They are the examples that should be emulated by us. Usually focus on experiencing God’s work and gaining true knowledge of God, and our faith will be increased little by little. Especially we need extraordinary faith walking this last leg of the path. Share, “Faith is a single-plank bridge. Whoever fears death can hardly cross it. Whoever gives up his life can cross it securely. When man has the thought of timidity and fear, it is just the fooling of Satan. It fears that we might pass the bridge of faith into God”.
